For starters, the PSVR 2 contains roughly four times as many pixels as the PSVR, which results in an enhancement in the image's sharpness of nearly four times.
Sony did note that the FOV of the PSVR 2 is 110° as opposed to the PSVR 1's 100°, so even while the PSVR 2 has more pixels, those pixels will be dispersed over a slightly broader viewing angle. Although not by much, in absolute terms, the crispness
weaver game of the headphones is nevertheless noticeably superior overall.
The change in FOV from 100° to 110° isn't a significant one on its own, but comparing them side by side reveals a significant difference.
