I am very sorry about the late reply. We had to prioritise during the period of the last few months' highly increased Support traffic, and the General Support section typically has the least time-sensitive tickets. Unfortunately this is not always the case.
Because such a long time has passed, we can offer you a store credit refund for your purchase now, if you don't want to go through technical troubleshooting. If you wish to go through troubleshooting, please create a new ticket via the Game technical issues support form, and make sure to attach a DXDiag file, or any other files needed to submit the ticket, and analyse the problem on our end.
